We offer healing crystals, spiritual wellness products, bracelets, pendants, sage, selenite, pyrite, chakra tools, and astrology-based karma readings. All items are listed with clear descriptions and prices. However, availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Please note that all our readings and crystal products are for spiritual and wellness support only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed directly through our website. All prices are listed in INR (₹). We accept secure payment methods via Razorpay, UPI, and bank transfer.

For karma reading services, your booking is confirmed only after full payment and submission of birth details (Full Name, DOB, Time, and Place of Birth). No refunds are issued for astrology-based services once the booking is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship your products within 2–4 working days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and logistics partners. Tracking details will be provided once your package is dispatched. For digital readings, delivery is made via WhatsApp or email within the time mentioned at the time of booking.

5. Returns & Refunds

All crystal products are cleansed and checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of spiritual items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged in transit. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds are not available on digital services such as astrology or karma readings.
